Michael Volpe is the founder of Coastal Empire Subsurface Locating, where he brings a methodical, field-first approach and a reporting standard built on accuracy over assumption. Michael is OSHA 30 Construction certified and holds a TWIC card for access to port and federally regulated facilities — a practical advantage in a region built around the Port of Savannah. He works hands-on with electromagnetic locating, ground-penetrating radar, and GNSS data collection, and stays close to the field side of every job.
