Brent Huckaby is the Market President for Truist Financial Corporation. In this role, he oversees and helps deliver the best financial advice in our industry. With over 100 years of financial industry experience that supports Brent, he is able deploy different expertise for his clients both professionally and personally.
Prior to being promoted to Market President in June 2022, Brent served as commercial banker and helped his client’s by delivering financial advice on the Southside of Atlanta. Before he moved into the commercial division over 7 years ago.
Brent was an Area Retail Leader for Truist. He oversaw 26 retail managers with over 130 associates that reported to those retail managers. Brent has over 18+ years of banking experience, having served in many different roles (Mortgage 1-4 family, Retail and Commercial) he understands how to help his clients achieve their financial goals by offering safe financial advice.
Brent is an LSU graduate school of banking graduate and served in the US Navy from 1991 – 1998. He served in several conflicts during his time in the Navy. Those conflicts were the Desert Storm / Desert Shield (First Iraq war), Provide Promise (Bosnia) and Provide Hope (Somalia).
