Coastal Empire Subsurface Locating

Coastal Empire Subsurface Locating provides underground utility locating and subsurface scanning for the Savannah area and the broader Southeast. Using electromagnetic locating and ground-penetrating radar, we locate and mark power, gas, water, sewer, telecom, irrigation, and conduit across active jobsites and undeveloped ground. Additional services include conduit and pipe tracing, sewer lateral and camera inspection, and high-accuracy GNSS data collection for GIS-ready records and as-built documentation. We work with contractors, engineers, and property owners who need underground utilities accounted for before the ground is disturbed.
