This event is a platform for members to network, celebrate, and sponsor.
Join us at the 2025 Larry S. McReynolds Annual Memorial Golf Tournament in Braselton, GA. Don't miss your chance to experience a beautiful day on the golf course, networking with fellow GUCA members!
Please Note - Registration Details:
Teams: All team registrations will include a team of (4) persons. if you are registering for more than one, you would select the quantity of teams you would like for the tournament. at that time your will be required to give all names. if you do not have all your team names, you will select TBD there will be a check box above that will allow you complete at a later date, in which you will be responsible for contacting your events coordinator, Marie McGow to complete your team registration.
Party Tent:
All Party Tent Sponsors will be assigned a hole on the course prior to the tournament. your tent registration includes up to (4) tent personnel. any tents serving food or drinks on the course will be required to pay a $200.00 service fee. if you are ordering your alcohol from the course the $200.00 fee will be waived. All Alcohol must be purchased from the course NO EXCEPTION! there will be an order form from chateau elan sent to you upon your tent registration. all sales for this will be paid directly to Chateau Elan. and the e-mail contact is on the order form.

Chateau Elan Dress Code: All players shall be dressed in appropriate golf attire. Denim pants, cutoffs, gym shorts, t-shirts, and swimsuits are not acceptable.
Spikes: We are a Soft Spike facility: only golf shoes with soft spikes are permitted on the course.

- A 10% Cancellation fee will apply prior to September 17, 2025.
- NO Refunds will be issued after Wednesday, September 17, 2025. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
