Please Note: Registration goes live approximately 60 days in advance. You can go ahead and ADD TO CALENDAR, but you must come back and REGISTER once it goes live to attend the event! 

After you've completed your conference registration, you will receive the Hotel reservation link in your confirmation. 

Replacements/Refunds

If for some reason unforeseen reason you will not be able to attend, you may send a replacement, Please notify the GUCA office no later than noon on Wednesday, May 17, 2026, of any replacements. 

All GUCA cancellation policies apply. A 10% cancellation fee will apply for cancellation or refund requests made in writing 60 days before the event. No refunds will be given 30 days prior to event. No-shows will not receive a refund.
