2026 LSM Memorial Annual Golf Tournament

Join us at the 2026 LSM Memorial Golf Tournament in Newnan, GA. Don't miss your chance to experience a beautiful day on the course, networking with fellow GUCA members! 

Please Note - Registration Details:

Teams: All team registrations will include a team of (4) persons. If you are registering for more than one team, select the quantity of teams you would like for the tournament. At that time you are required to give all names. If you do not have all your team names, select TBD. There will be a check box above that will allow you to complete at a later date, in which you will be responsible for updating your registration online or e-mail your events coordinator, marie@guca.com, to complete your team registration. 

Party Tent:

All Party Tent Sponsors will be assigned a hole on the course prior to the tournament. Your tent registration includes up to (4) tent personnel.  All Alcohol must be purchased from the course. NO EXCEPTION! There will be an order form from White Oak Golf Course attached to your e-mail confirmation upon your tent registration. All sales for this will be paid directly to White Oak Golf Course, and the e-mail contact is on the order form.

• Tent Sponsors - sign in and head out to your assigned hole.
