Replacements/Refunds

If for some unforeseen reason, you will not be able to attend, you may send a replacement. Please notify the GUCA office no later than noon on Wednesday, January 30, 2026, of any replacements. 

All GUCA cancellation policies apply. A 10% cancellation fee will apply for cancellation or refund requests made in writing 60 days before the event. No refunds will be given 30 days before event. No-shows will not receive a refund.
