It's time to network and celebrate the end of summer with our Fall Quarterly Meeting & Trade Show. This event sells out fast!

 

Please Note - Registration Details:
All GUCA members/spouse register with the GUCA Member Ticket. Guests such as Scholarship Recipients and Their guest, will register under the Scholarship Recipient tab and Scholarship Recipient Plus (1) Guest tab, any scholarship recipient who needs an additional guest entry will need to register under the Scholarship Recipient Additional Guest Tab at a cost of $175.00 that will include the trade show and dinner.

 

All Non-Members/Guest:

All non-member/guest will need to register under the Non-Member tab. If you are not sure if you are member, please contact the GUCA office. 

Trade Show Registration:

All Trade Show exhibitors include (2) attendees. This registration includes dinner. Please let us know if you plan to stay for dinner or will be leaving directly after the trade show. your exhibit includes (6’ft) table all displays must fit within the 6’ perimeter. Exhibits are on a first come first serve basis, GUCA will not hold tables for any exhibitors.

 Keynote Speaker:

The keynote speaker will need to register under the Keynote Speaker Registration and if you bring a guest, they will need to register under the Keynote Speaker Plus one Guest Only tab. This will include trade show and dinner.

 

Scholarship Professors:

All scholarship professors will need to register under the Professors for Scholarship tab. This will include trade show and dinner.

7:00 PM – Dinner

 

7:30 PM - Business Meeting & Industry Awards Presentation

 

7:45 PM- 8:30 PM - Keynote Speaker

Replacements/Refunds

If for some reason unforeseen reason you will not be able to attend, you may send a replacement, Please notify the GUCA office no later than noon on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, of any replacements. 

All GUCA cancellation policies apply. A 10% cancellation fee will apply for cancellation or refund requests made in writing 60 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given 30 days prior to event. No-shows will not receive a refund.
