This state certified NPDES 1B (Red Card) Course is for Regulatory Enforcement Inspectors and individuals contracted to perform regulatory work. This course covers the role of the Inspector to help ensure site compliance and what types of enforcement action will be taken against those who fail to comply with NPDES Permits, Erosion and Sediment Control in Georgia. 

Individuals attending this course must present the instructor with government issued photo ID.
